Bga Customerservice1 300x118BUD GRIFFIN CUSTOMER SUPPORT (BG/CS) has preventive maintenance (PM) agreements with over 500 customers in the Greater Houston area. Our technicians are all trained on the total Liebert AC product line. We have 11 service technicians that are available 24/7. Each service vehicle is equipped with an inventory of regularly replaced parts. BG/CS also maintains a full parts department in our Houston office and is supported by the Liebert National Parts Network.

Some of the additional benefits extended to our valued preventive maintenance customers are listed below:

  • Two Hour on-site response time on emergency service calls
  • Each PM agreement includes filter and belt changes at no additional cost
  • Service repairs performed at the time of the regular schedule PM inspection will be allowed two free hours of labor charges
  • First Priority is given to agreement holders on all emergency service calls (especially critical during hurricane season and other natural disasters)
  • Parts runners are utilized to deliver replacement parts to our repair technicians, saving both critical time and money
